How School Cancellations Affect Spry Senior Events & Classes
Spry Senior events and activities will be canceled at their respective locations if either the Strongsville City School District or the Berea City School District closes due to inclement weather. School closures only affect activities and events. They do NOT affect primary care appointments.
Hard to believe the holiday season is upon us. Laughing helps us improve our health and well being by reducing stress, activating ‘feel good’ hormones in our bodies and is especially fun when you can laugh with others.
