This Chair Yoga class helps calm the mind, deepen the breath, and provides gentle movements (asanas) to improve muscular strength, flexibility, and balance
How to RSVP
- Select the date of the event from the drop-down field. (You have to register separately for individual dates.)
- Input how many individuals you are registering. Use the arrows to select a number.
- Enter your email address.
- Click the Next button.
- Enter the name, phone number and email of each participant.
- For each participant, enter Yes or No on the patient question.
- Click the Submit button.
