Medicare 2025 at Brook Park
Please join us to learn the latest information on Medicare 2025, presented by Romina Alesci, a licensed Medicare Agent of Medical Mutual of Ohio, with 18 years experience in the Medicare field. We will learn what Medicare is, eligibility, your Medicare options and important dates. Romina will also discuss the upcoming industry-wide change for the prescription drug plan. If you are turning 65 this year, and/or will be aging into Medicare, this is the presentation for you. It is free of charge and everyone is welcome!
How to RSVP
- Select the date of the event from the drop-down field. (You have to register separately for individual dates.)
- Input how many individuals you are registering. Use the arrows to select a number.
- Enter your email address.
- Click the Next button.
- Enter the name, phone number and email of each participant.
- For each participant, enter Yes or No on the patient question.
- Click the Submit button.
